I let my property (2 bed house) with Silverman Black in March 2020. They found an excellent tenant really quickly. Sign up and inventory was all carried out efficiently and thoroughly. There have been no issues with the tenant they found who has never been in rent arrears (even during lockdown). This is probably due to excellent referencing and credit checking. The people that I dealt with at SB, Rashpal and Charlotte have always both been extremely professional, and do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it and if I have any queries, they get back to me really quickly, (which can be rare in this profession, I've found).
