asked for his thoughts on Silverman Black turning 6 years old this year.
Silverman Black is one of the most
popular estate agents in the Carshalton area. We first opened our doors in May
2011 with a mission to be different to all the other local estate agents.
If you have ever popped in to see us at the office, you would have noticed that we offer a more personal service than your regular estate agent. When you come and pay us a visit, we sit down with you on our comfy sofas and have an open and friendly chat over a nice cup of tea or coffee. Everything we do is personalised to you and we want you to feel the difference as soon as you walk through the door.
Most estate agents will have rows of desks where you will sit opposite a member of staff with a computer screen between you. We believe this creates an atmosphere that isn’t relaxed and doesn’t allow the agent to build that personal relationship with their customer.
