Simon has been an Estate Agent for close to 30 years in South London and Surrey/Sussex.

Latterly spending 5 years as an Area Manager for a national Independant Agency, Simon is keen to be able offer his clients the kind of service which he believes is rare with larger companies.

Rashpal Dhillon

Manager

Rashpal has lived in the Wallington area for the last 30 years with her husband and two children who have both attended local schools.

Rashpal has held various roles including being a P. A. to a Building Services Co-ordinator and also within an Estate and Property Management company. She has been with Silverman Black since May 2011.

Alex Walsh

Negotiator

Alex has been with the company for 7 years now having come across from the banking industry where he was working with Santander as a Customer Service Advisor.

Personable and friendly with a passion for customer service and sales, Alex has lived locally around North Surrey for the majority of his life. In his spare time Alex is a huge football fan, travelling around the country watching his team Newcastle United as well as running his own football club Wrecclesham FC based in Farnham, Surrey.
